Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)
We begin BPR engagements by learning about the organizational goals of our clients. We examine existing business processes and measure their effectiveness in reaching those goals.

Independent Project Verification and Validation
Project verification and validation helps detect, identify, and mitigate risks early in the project life cycle; thereby reducing the overall risk and cost of the project.  Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) provides the analysis necessary to create processes, checks, and metrics to ensure the project progresses according to stated goals and requirements.  Our IV & V teams work closely with your team gain an understanding of the project, while independently identifying existing and upcoming risks and assessing the overall health of the project.
