We safely guide our clients through the modernization process by establishing and staffing a Project Management Office with Project Managers, Data, Quality Assurance,  Reporting, Architecture & Training Experts.  In addition to developing a 5 year strategic plan, CoreMax Consulting specialists managed the design and implementation of a school’s new learning management system and tied in the content management system web site to allow individual department experts to publish internal and externally , consumed information.  For training events, CoreMax conducted the customer success research and analysis, then developed a comprehensive solution design to dispense with labor intensive operations and move this training provider a cloud based 24X7 solution and pivot to virtual training during a national health emergency.
